Ha Long Bay travel agencies

We are goin to the north of Vietnam in Februare and want to spend some days on Ha Long Bay. Can anyone recommend a good travel agencie to go with? If possible we prefere one based in Hanoi as thic city will be our basecamp for the 15 days we'll spend in Vietnam. A beatiful traditional boat with some kayaking oppertunities and lots of islands visiting is what were searching for, at a reasonable price of course :-)
