We explored beaches, took an exciting cable car up Sugarloaf Mountain for fab views of the bays and city, enjoyed the shared (and chilly) pool at the apartment and the private playground, tried new foods and walked or ran the city streets just soaking up the atmosphere. Waiting to go up the Corcovado mountain on the funicular to visit The amazing Christ the Redeemer was just too long but Alviro took us over half way to a fantastic view point of the statue and the city!
