Tiger Temple

One of the most interesting volunteer opportunities I was able to find is the chance to work with the endangered Bengal Tiger. This place is known as the Tiger Temple. It's only a couple hours west of Bangkok in the well known town of Kanchanaburi. They have 18 Bengal Tigers and more on the way. I was also looking into doing a 10 day meditation course but since this place is located at a Buddhist temple. I'll be learning the unique basics of Buddhism. There is also the famous Bridge over the River Kwai located here. It was very significant during WW2
http://www.tigertempleadventures.com/
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bdKtInAWiLQ
