3 stone lighter - does that mean that Starbucks have lost their best customers. the Blog has been really good and you can see the effort that has gone into it. Really enjoyed it although a bit hard to concentrate on work when I am looking at some nice beach somewhere. Think its trying to tell me something.

PS you might want to hang on the sun cream - still fairly warm over here although not sure about snorkeling at lee.
