Exploring the Ganges
Varanasi

India
Today we had a great day exploring Varanasi walking
Miles

along the Ganges River taking a look at all the Ghats.

We saw many burning bodies that we couldn’t take any photos of; out of respect for the families which we understood.

The locals here must have fantastic immune systems as many were bathing in the river here and considering the pollution, dead body parts and rotting animals in the river, you wouldn’t see us copying them!

I have never been to India but was able to watch a
Story
about this place you feature and you are right about the locals in India having a good immune system, because they seem to enjoy swimming and even washing their clothes on the polluted river.
