2 ferries, 4 buses, 2 flights, 1 taxi and a great deal of walking

Our flight left on time for KL and once there we had a 7 hour wait for our next flight to Johor Bahru near Singapore. Although the flights were really cheap it would’ve better in hindsight to just catch a bus as there would’ve been less waiting around as the flight was only 45 minutes long.

Transport as usual was easy, we got straight onto one bus, which took us to another and then a Ferry across to Tioman Island.

We are amazed just how hot Malaysia is now as walking around finding accommodation was hard, sweaty work but we did find a bargain room for around £8 a night. Then after taking 2 ferries, 4 buses, 2 flights, 1 taxi and a great deal of walking we could finally relax and get a little sleep!
