I just came from Baguio and I saw a sign somewhere in Tarlac pointing to the road towards Guimba that says to Pura via Subic. is that right? We were fast and I might have gotten the sign wrong. When will the Tarlac portion be openened? I plan to take some exploring myself soon. Thanks for the food info I plan to take my friends. thanks again. Good job. that's something for the Phil.
