Hello, Baby. The Pura I know is in Tarlac so it can't be via Subic. You might have gotten the sign wrong. I haven't been to Subic nor on the SCTEx in a couple of months so I don't know if any of the interchanges are open already including the one to Tarlac but you might check with the Tollways Management website (http://65.163.15.183/index.asp) to make sure.
