Having just pulled your message to me from Blogabond's Spam folder, I can see what you mean!
We have a statistical spam filter in place that knocks out a dozen ficticious posts a day, but recently it's decided to swat down a few genuine blog entries too. We get a fair amount of Cruise Ship and Pharmacy spam, so In this case I'd bet that "doctor", "shipboard", and "romances" got the filter all excited.

I've flipped it back (and I'll dig up those other messages and flip them back too), which should help train the filter a little better.
