Rain rain rain! Is California really that nice? Sounds like winter has hit early in the North East. Recommendation: if car still damp, go to a "real" hardware store and get a product called "Damp Out." It's a tin of crystals that actually pulls moisture out of a space. Should work fast in a small space such as car. Ugh, mildew is intolerable. Good luck.

Chicago sounds amazing. As I love Manhattan so much, we'll have to make a special trip together to Chicago some day. You obviously want more time there. And I can meet Joy!
