XX All India Student Chef Competition, 2006

With the faint hopes of winning, our (me, timul and jaideep) preparations were more focused on packing and traveling but not for competition as we have been told by our super seniors that we dont need to hope against the hopes. Tickets were booked and some practice were put into practice for name sake before we left for the nizammuddin railway station in an auto rickshaw ensuring that we keep the receipts of all the expenses we incur to claim them later. On a personal level, it was my first trip by train of such long hours. I was kind of stressed to think of 2 days journey but thankfully it was Jaideep who was there with us.
