Winter slogs on here... the time change last weekend totally messed me up. I am sure with all your time zone hopping it doesn't register on your radar.
I had a friend from Oz once who demonstrated what you said about the unrippable Aussie money... except that he was a bit inebriated and actually did rip it. It was hilarious. He must have had an older bill and it was a bit brittle. :)
