Fiddle Creek Hike Entry

Marysville, United States

I walked two hours up Fiddle Creek Trail today and ran/walked back 1.5 hours. Nice hike. I estimate 1500 feet elevation gain. I enjoyed the old oak trees.

There were a lot of debri and fallen trees on the Trail from recent storms.

After 2 hours of fast walking in the Forest the Trail comes upon a open area with only low Manzanita and a great view of Sierra Buttes.

It was mostly uphill for the first hour then up and down several peaks along the Ridge with views of both Yuba River and Fiddle Creek valley.
