Ah, this one I can help with. Somewhere on your My Stuff page, you should see a "Tag, Title and Categorize Photos" link. That will drop you into a screen where you can assign trips and cities in batch mode.

Realistically, I should teach the Uploader to auto-assign photos to your latest trip unless told otherwise. But for now, that tool will get you most of the way there.
