Slide show and preview

I just thought it would be nice if you put in a button that lets people see the photos in a slide show. Also the google blog maker has a view preview option when composing a new blog entry, which is nice for seeing if the pictures line up etc, instead of having to save as a draft each time.

You're absolutely right. The "Preview" feature used to be at the top of the list, but I guess I haven't been writing much to my own blog lately, so it stopped being in my face every day. Bad Jason! I've been spending too much time with Big New stuff, and ignoring the little tweaks that actually take the pain away for people using the site.

Gimme a few days and you'll get your Previews. And I'll see if I can come up with a sane way to handle slideshows.

The laziness has ended. Previews are live.

This got me thinking about some other little navigation complaints that have been piling up, so you may notice a few more "What Next" style boxes in various places on the site.

Slideshows of some description will hopefully be coming along soon. Still having a bit of internal debate about how exactly they will work. Thanks again for the feedback!
