Surely drafts shouldn't be tweeted?

I've started using the automatic Twitter feed (is that a new thing? - cool!) and I've noticed that the tweet goes out when you save a draft. Surely that's wrong?

Also if you edit an existing one, should it automatically tweet it again? I'm sure that happened to one.
