Since every post needs to be tied to a location, we'd need a reliable SMS Geocoder that works everywhere in the world. There are services that can sort of do this in the US and Europe, but not elsewhere...

I'm not sure why it needs to be "tied" to a GPS location. TravelPod allows for Mobile blogging, as do most of the traditional blogging sites (e.g. blogger).

Or maybe we're talking about something different?
