4 blokes trying to work out how to fix the power-cut

Pretty much sums up the Chinese approach to things. A power cut affecting the whole of one side of West Street, and this was the response. 4 blokes staring into this electric box thing, looking blankly at each other and not much actual action. Not too sure how many of them were official electricians too.
