Jumping in Belém

Jumping in Belèm (Lisbon's neighborhood). Belèm is mostly famous for it's Pastéis de Belém (local version of the Pastéis de Nata), some delicious egg-based tarts.

Jumping in le Mont Saint Michel

A small escape from Paris and we end up in Brittany to visit the Presqu'île (= "almost-Island") du Mont Saint Michel.

Jumping in Saint Malo

Saint-Malo, France

After, Le Mont Saint Michel, time for sunny* Saint-Malo ! Charming medieval coastal city where your addiction for crepes (pancakes) and cider can be fulfilled beyond your craziest dreams.

Jumping in Saint Malo

A weekend in Brittany without any rain ? You can't be serious. Actually, on the last day, the rain caught us up just in the middle of a run to catch the last train from Saint Malo to Rennes.

A huge thanks to the SNCF staff onboard the train that delayed departure to allow us to get in (and kuddos to the passengers of the coach applauding once we were on board with our sorry faces, exhausted and wet like if we had jumped into a swimming pool !)

Jumping in Mauritius... again !

That's one of the few perks of the job, getting to go work in Mauritius once in a while. The weeks is usually pretty packed with little or no time for anything besides meetings and work.

Team Jumping in Mauritius

So, as I was saying in my earlier post, in Mauritius we work a lot.
And as everybody knows, when you work hard, you need to play hard in order to unstress a little.

So what's best than taking the team out on a Saturday afternoon for some team building activities ? And why not Tring a Best Team Jump activity ?

Jumping in Azores during Transatlantic

Ponta Delgada, Portugal

So the annual holidays had finally came !!
After the Transiberian trip the previous year, this year idea was to go West avoiding the plane as much as possible.

It started with a Transatlantic trip from Barcelona to Miami on board the Norwegian Epic ship, a brand new and huge ship, the 3rd biggest in the world.

First stop of the journey: Ponta Delgada for the Portuguese Azores Islands !

Jumping in US Virgin Islands

Charlotte Amalie, British Virgin Islands

(don't know why Blogabond wants to put Charlotte Amalie in the British Virgin Islands as it belongs to the US Virgin Islands)

One week crossing the Atlantic. For one week, only water was around. Finally, early November, we reached the other side of the pond. We called in Charlotte Amalie main city of the tiny US Virgin Islands.

The weather wasn't at it's best. But knowing that Europe was entering deeply into Winter, it was great to hang around a place where the average temp was 29°C :)

Under the warm climate, each jump was costly but indeed we didn't give up !

We never called in Naussau, we were in deep waters at the time of this photo, but we weren't far from Nassau, on our way to Miami the next morning.
