Pella, Iowa Pella, United States Today we visited Pella, Iowa. In terms of a bus driving trip it was a short charter for a company in town, but we got to meet all sorts of exciting people and see some nifty stuff. One of the cool things about Pella is that it's home to a large Dutch population and home to one of the two Tulip Festivals in Iowa. Pella is also home to Lake Red Rock, Central College, Vermeer, and Pella Windows.
