El Salvador

I’m here. I got here late Wednesday night. Right now I share a room with two other girls from the states in a little House below the main House. The main House is where all the kids live with their “tias.” Although a few of the kids have started school already, most of them start school on Monday. The morning will start at 4:30, all the kids showering, eating breakfast, brushing their teeth, and gettinh ready to head out on the bus at 6:00. It will be some early mornings, but the chickens are always ready to wake us up bright and early. There are four groups, but I will primarily be working with the eight little boys.

Hopefully I will get some pictures soon, both of the kids, and of the beautiful landscape… it is gorgeous here.
