baker beach
Heinz, Baker Beach
Guess what people..
Today was a baker day, oh yeah. I went to the beach with Nikita and Brad "Santosh" Olsen, we hung out and I was as usual working, filming Nikita having a discussion with Hollie about her career and life. It was a pretty well done discussion. We were at baker beach until about 5 p.m before we headed home to Santosh. We got something to eat and got ready for the first Baker "Party at
Sofia
healing center". It was arranged by pink revolution witch is a cosy political group. They believe in making love and not hate. The party was a blast, everybody was smoking weed, I went around with my camera and I got butt naked for the first time in front of maybe 100 people, and I was in a sauna that was available. It was a blast and a success. And so was the filming that day, starting to have a lot of footage but I will have to get more. Better to come home with to much rather than to little. So I am filming my ass off, hope I make you proud :)
I took a cab home cause I was so drunk that i didn't know where the fuck I was going but I woke up the next day safe and sane... sane... Sane...

baker beach
Well the sun is still shining, it is 75 degrees and we're loving it. I hooked up with Nikita and we headed towards Baker Beach to do an interview with Hollie, but we missed her. She had left when we arrived. So, Nikita and I decided to shoot a music video. We went to the bunkers and started to shoot. I think we had like 1.5 hours before total darkness. The funny thing is that when we finished shooting, suddenly there were several "independent video makers" Kinda funny what effect a pro camera and sexy dancers have on people. But it is kinda fun to film all kinds of crazy shit.
Later that night me and "Santosh" went to this opening where they exhibited the top 50 book covers this year. It I filmed him and I am going to do an interview with him within the next 2 weeks. He is one of Hollies good friends. He is a writer so documenting him at the book event is perfect. We then moved on to an opening. The artists name was Chor Boogie (http://www.chorboogie.com/). His style was spray can on canvas but in an amazing way. I just had to film it. in front of one of the walls there was a frame that hung maybe 20-30 cm in the lose air with no pic/paintings in it. I just though what the hell is this.. While I was filming I saw 2 halfnaked girls with spray paint on their body looking like Chors canvases. They had Roses in their hands and walked slowly towards the frame. They ended up doing a performance behind the frame and became the painting. Sometimes they went out and started to mingle with the audience. It was pretty cool. I managed to film it and to get an interview with the artist. We then went back home and I hooked up with Nikita and we had late night pizza..

Murrugun the mystic, Mae$trO, Hollie Stevens and xylitol sweetbread
I was suppose to meet Christina Lewis today for an interview, for those who don't know who she is, well she is the person who does spiritual clowning, find your inner clown stuff. I was suppose to meet her at 9 30 A.M but ran a little late cause I had to pack my bags. I was leaving Santoshes pad and walking around with 2 bags on my shoulders back and front, I also had the camera bag and a heavy tripod and it was fuckin over 80 degrees out. When I got to the clown studio I rang the bell, nobody opened. I was kinda in a relief since I walked my ass off to get there and nobody was opening. I though to myself: "Stop clowning"...
I knew that I was suppose to do an interview before they started and after they had finished. So I took the chance and went to the post office, had to send an important mail to one of the exchange schools, the one in Berlin. So I did stuff while the clock was tic tocking. I then went to a coffee shop and waited until 1 50 P.M
When I got back at the clown studio Christina gave me "the look" and said with "the tone" we can't film today cause somebody else is going to occupy the space. I asked if we could do it another time. She then said (again with "the tone") Sure, you have my e-mail...
I got a little bit pissed and just left the place. I went back to the coffee shop and hung for a few hours. I then hooked up with Fury 93 and interviewed him about his graffitti work.. It was interesting this time. I will hook up with him again and he will show me more off his works.
I then went to the airport and met up with Hollie. She actually passed the control with a pocket knife and mais in her purse.. So she could hijack the plane if she wanted to, with a knife in one hand and mais in the other, that would have been a funny movie scene except her dressing up as a clown.
I interviewed her on the plane. We landed in San Diego and a sideshow artist who calls himself "murrugun the mystic" (you can check him out at www.myspace.com/murrugun ). We went over to his pad and watched a porn movie called "long jean silver" .. It is a girl who had to get rid of her leg as a kid, and the amputated leg looked like an alien who was sniffing its way into any hole and penetrating it. It was a bizzarre twilight zone experience... I think that David Lynch made this film before he started to make hollywood movies. It was that bizzarre. I fell asleep pretty fast since I was working on the music video until 4 in the morning.
Well when I wake up we're going to the desert... So the blog won't be updated until I get back to San Francisco.
well... until then... have a good day/night and hope you enjoy reading my blog.

Hollie Stevend and Mae$trO
We went for a roadtrip from
San Diego
to L.A, a 3 hours drive. The trip went pretty fast. We arrived on the set and the heat was at its place. Unbareble. Nothing really happened the first night except for waiting and doing nothing. I filmed Hollie while she went trhough the set, pretty cool shoot since it was the first time she saw it.
I greeted all the other clown pornstars and a few other b-role actors. I tried to party with them but with all the editing from the night before it just was to hard so I went early to bed, witch was the front seat in a RV... Felt pretty good.... Not...

Christopher Dennis and Mae$trO
I woke up first at 6 A.M, guess it was an habit from the waking ups in the desert. I fell asleep again and this time woke up at 11. Haavard and I went to the groceries store and bought breakfast and coffee, ate some bagels and went into
Hollywood
. We went to
Hollywood
boulevard and search for the characters in the documentary confessions of a super hero. I found the main character from that documentary Mr. Christopher Dennis a.k.a Superman. Took a few pictures with him and I saw he had the dvd for "sale". We asked how much he sold it for, he said 30 bucks with his signature. That was just to much, it costs like 2 USD on amazon.com. I also took a picture with sponge bob, a brother from L.A in a suit. He kept repeating: "i didn't know there were brothers in
Norway
, nice to see that." So I was kinda flattered. We went to another place and had a barbecue chicken pizza, Kinda strange, some of the slices had a lot of chicken and not enough sauce and other had to much sauce and a couple of chicken pieces. I guess the food was o.k. We came back home, had a couple of beers and went back out again to a freaky bar called the rainbow. It was a cool place with a lot of crazy looking people. Suddenly this awesome car came along and a old guy with a cat on his shoulder came out. He had on a purple sparkling suit with black pants, on the sides of the pants were some purple sparkling stripes. He went around from table to table doing card tricks, so I guess he was a retired magician or something. On the way home we went to the gas station to fill gas. I was tipsy. Suddenly this blonde girl came and asked for a ride, we rode her home and found out her name was Maya Macpherson. Haavard asked her if she was related to Elle Macpherson as a joke. She replied: "she is my aunt". Mayas father was elles big brother. We went home, I watved an episode of Dexter and fell asleep before the episode finished...

the 27 year old Hooters virgin
I woke up around 9 a.m and worked a plan on what was next for my documentary. So I did a lot of writing and researching. Made my bagel and sat mostly in front of the computer writing all kinds of stuff. This went on until about 5 p.m. Then Haavard and I went for a ride to take some pictures. Took pictures of him and his car. We then went to Hooters since I was a hooters virgin. We had some chicken burgers and fries with cheddar cheese dip.. I think our waitress name was Megan. Well as an Norwegian celebrity I got picture taken with her and some of her personal info witch was cool. We went to the airport and I took my flight to
Oakland
. Then I took the bart bus to the Bart station. Got a message from Hollie, she was at Mr and Mrs Torns place. I arrived there and they were all drunk, I had a few drinks and Hollie past out. Woke her up after a few hours and went home. That was that. I am going to start shooting again tomorrow.

after (disapointed maybe?)
before
I met Nikita and she was feeling really bad from 3 days before. I guess she had been partying for a great while. I though I had the perfect cure. We went to an Irish Pub where we had a bloody mary each. Tis was around lunch time.. hey don't judge, it was 5 dollars for a strong bloody mary. Anyway, after the bloody mary part we went to this sushi place and I ordered some random pieces. I though I knew how to chose sushi witch I didn't. Did a few good choices but mostly bad. We had a laugh. Like at one point I said that one of the sushi bits tasted like clitoris. Well, I guess it is an internal joke between me and Nikita so Fuck you if you find it stupid. Out of the blue I ordered a bottle of Sake, and we kinda drank it up and got in a good mood for a while, went to a coffee shop and tried to brainstorm on a few projects we were going to do together, didn't happen because Nikita felt ill again. I went over to Brad's place and hung out for a while since I was in his neighborhood. I then kinda felt going to a titty bar and Hollie called. Ended up helping her with some stuff for her room, witch was cool. Better than a titty bar... I guess..

Hollie Stevens as a zombie
I was suppose to go to Brad' "Santosh" Olsens place for an interview about Hollie but he pushed the rendez vous for a day, instead, I hooked up with Nikita and we went to a clinic where Nikita had tested herself for STDs. It was a long day, with alot of waiting. Before we arrived at the clinic we passed by this gallery called 1AM and that gallery is worth checking out. They focus on street art inspired stuff. We then went to the shabbyest pizza place ever and had a cup of coffee and we filmed Nikitas Character: Edie who has been working as a stripper and sold her body at work. I interviewed her. One thing in San Fran is that when ever people see us with a camera they start talking none sence, While we were filming, this guy started talking about "their government" out of the blue and looking at the camera which wasn't even pointed at him. All I ever though was "muther fucker... witch government?" We then went to this clinic for STDs and needle exchange. It was basically run by gays and drags. Kinda funny. We got acupuncture and Nikita was really sensitive to the needles. She actually believed that the person giving us this treatment didn't really know what she was doing, and I told Nikita that it was the clinics way of giving us aids. But anyway, I then went to the academy of at and met a girl named Marit from
Norway
. She was super cool. We first sat in a room with master students who showed their master works witch was fair enough. We then went to this crazy bar with this crazy drunk bartender who looked like a combination of Will Ferrell and John C. Riley. Hilarious. We talked mostly about art and martial arts.. It was great fun. We shared a cab home and departed our first meeting witch would never had happened hadn't it been for Kamilla Skrinde, So thanks Kamilla... :)
