Finney Girls Get Out of Cali

We've started planning for this crazy adventure by getting rid of A LOT of shit. I mean A LOT. We had two sheds full of bins and bins of random nic-nacs...and why we've been saving all of this shiit for so many years? Good question. Who wants a Mercedes?! 2005 4 door c230 kompressor...18500! Just putting it out there. We are getting rid of everything, besides a few things we can't bear to part with. As we have been getting rid of thing a few times we have just stopped in our tracks, looked at each other and said..."are we really doing this?" I always reassure my mom that this will be good for us. Any advice or comments from people in the same boat? So basically we have no idea where we are going. I mean we have a general idea of the certain places we plan on visiting or couch-surfing for a while, but no plans that are set in stone. Moms never been to Italy and basically wants to spend the most time there (in hopes of finding the man of her dreams). I on the other hand have been there and absolutely wouldn't mind spend a good deal of time there as well. Personally my big enthrallment is Ireland...and everything that comes along with it. places we plan on visiting are Greece, Prague, Spain, Scotland, England, Austria, Germany, and Hungary. Many more, but lets just leave it at that for now. We tend to get a little out of hand with the aspirations when we're excited. Anywho, back to the prepping...what next? Well I guess it might be a good idea to go to college for a year, learn some things...mom will stay behind and cry everyday because she misses me. I guess she'll get a lot of work done too though. We have sooooo much stuff to get rid of and we are to the point that we just want it gone. I wish we were leaving tomorrow. We've been making lists of how to prepare such as "what to get rid of" "What to sell and what to give away" "Who to talk t before we go" "cheapest places to fly into" and finally "what the hell are we going to do there? (besides be crazy vagabonds) " Not to be extremely cliche or anything, but a few things we have been pondering over are maybe working on a farm in Ireland or maybe even a pub, working at my friends dads restaurant in the Northern countryside of Italy about 2 hours west of Milano, Pub crawl tour guides in Rome, and that's about all we've conjured up for now with the whole job thing...oh and working at hostels. Any ideas for jobs are extremely appreciated! Well we're stumped for now on the whole blog thing, but lets talk!
