Last day in Jinja

Today was our last day in Jinja and we spent the majority of it recovering from rafting! Where we were staying had a fantastic view over-looking the Nile it was gorgeous.

My God rafting was scary, I thought I was going to drown! We flipped over at a rapid and I got stuck under the boat. I don't think I've ever been more frightened! However, at least we can say we've finally done it!

Dull day...

This entry will probably be one of the smallest entry of the blog...although I be fair I have no doubt that I won't be blogging every day...it's just the whole novelty of it all, plus as money gets tight I won't be able to afford it! So I have no doubt many of you will be quite chuffed at that...

bujagali falls

hi all sorry havent updated this for a while but i've been in Uganda for a week and before that it was a bit hectic with all the floods and stuff. we've now moved to a new village - alendu- and started work at hovic today biulding a kitchen to feed street kids. i also squashed 2 of my fingers...
