Curry Without Worry.

I landed in California by chance, having met a friend this past summer she offered for me to come out and help with her non-profit, Interculutral Encounters. The original plan actually dabbled with organic farming in Bulgaria, then Ireland and a quick stop in Orlando to visit my brother but,...

Civilisation!

Hi, So we made it to San Francisco!! Two thirds of the trip down, and finally some civilisation, mobile reception and no tents... After Fort Bragg, we spent four days tracking the Californian Coast through Mendocino, Sonoma and Marin Counties, during comfortably the toughest stretch of road...

Steve McQueen eat your heart out

Arrived in San Francisco and after getting a bit lost round the city streets Paul decided he wanted to re-enact Steve McQueen by driving up and down all the steep roads which scared the life out of us both! The roads are amazingly steep! Houses very pretty. Seems like a nice city. More by...

Final Day of ICEM

Finally had a rewarding day at ICEM. Dinner with Shyaman & Dom @ Straits before we farewell them on their trek to the Grand Canyon in a Hummer (8 Miles to the gallon). At least they'll be safe from the Iraqi insurgents on the road from Vegas to the Canyon.

Russian Hill

Following our 90 minute trek across the bridge, we thoroughly deserved a slap up meal @ Antica Trattoria - unlike last night, we were immediately seated. Xan's stalker (the "gentleman bachelor" that sat next to him on the 'plane over from Sydney) is sitting on his own at a corner table and...
