A trip to a beautiful little town of 200 inhabitants
but with a construction type similar to around Madrid.
Is located into the National Park Arribes of Duero,
13km to the Duero River and 3km to Lake Embalse of Almendra.
Enjoy for people with alergy problems and also is
friendly with older people becausee the land is very
plane.

VERY IMPORTANT FOR EUROPEAN COUNTRIES:

THE PRICE OF THE LAND OF THE BUILDING IS CHEAPER THAN
OTHER COUNTRIES OF EUROPE AND IS AN OPTION FOR
BUILD A SECOND RESIDENCE HERE.
