Using old letters, the Morman Family Center, translator and the web, I made contact w/ family members 5 months before we left. They met us at Kosice airport @ 8 am and took us to hotel, 2 1/2 hrs away! They arranged a Family meeting at Salash U franko in Stara Lubovna- Great Food! best in region. on the main road near the castle. Rel's from Hniezdne, Nova & Stara Lubovna, Forbasy, Toporec, Kaminica and Kosice.
Stayed in Visny Ruzbachy At Hotel Ruzbachy. Family owned, family atmosphere and good food and lots of it. If you want 4 star go to Hotel Strand. Beautiful countryside, unspoiled.
