Well finally got this up and running only took me four months,the one I was using after xmas updated and lost my stuff so lost my motivation for a while.

So anyway, Hong Kong was great it really made a difference breaking up the trip but the jetlag was still pretty rough. Still lying in bed in a 5 star hotel at 4am eating m&m's and drinking wine isn't too terrible.

The city really reminded me of New York though less claustrophobic in crowds because for once I could see over peoples heads. Did all the usual touristy stuff and as you'll see from the photos we went to Disneyland, really suprised how much we enjoyed it like being a kid again.

It was Chinese new year it the day after we left so it was crazy busy while we were there but it really gave you an insight into the city never seen so many people. We went to a few of the markets the fish one was right beside our hotel and was pretty memorable ,huge bags of live eels giant ones and the weirdest looking fish not exactly enticing ! The flower market and bird markets were a bit easier to stomach and you felt like you were seeing a bit of the real Hong Kong. It all feels so long ago now that I can't think of what else to say take a look at the pics anyway. I'll catch up the rest of the trip asap xxx
