I arrived in Paris 2 nights ago and the first thing I saw when I stepped out of the metro was the sparkling Eiffel Tower. I admit my heart skipped a beat because it is just that gorgeous when it's all lit up like that.

Yesterday I went to Versailles with some friends that I have met and it was great...though the weather was not. I love that place so much I could spend days there.

Ate a very nice meal and drank lots of red wine.

Today is a very nice day so I think it's perfect for Giverny.
