Happy Teacher's Day

It's Happy Teacher's Day in China and all the foreign and Chinese teachers are going to a 'do' this afternoon put on by the Winnerway group (which is a very big corp in Dongguan).

The foreign teachers have to get up on stage (in front of hundreds of teachers) and say 'Happy Teacher's day, Winnerway Foreign Language School is a great place to work.etc etc' in different languages...I'm speaking Australian! I need to look up slang on the computer. The teachers get plastered though I'm refraining from drinking except for the first toast because we'll all probably go out afterwards.

FYI - my computer is being looked at today to see why my microphone won't work so I may not have it for a couple of days...don't know.
