8 more sleeps

Just a week to go before we take off. Hard to believe that this is really going to happen. Last week we learned that our tour guide, Ray Vanderlaan will not be able to provide the leading and the teaching. There is some disappointment, no doubt, but my preference is to experience all of the tour and not an 'abbreviated version. After all this is not about the leader but about the learning.
Right now the weather is beautiful at home; everything is lush and green. I wonder what the weather is like in Israel?
