Adam was told that a traditional way of drinking soju is to quickly take a shot, and then follow it with a piece of sushi wrapped up in lettuce, with multiple slices of garlic for oomph. Here he's already taken the shot, and about to grab the sushi from his vice principle with his mouth. Hysterical to watch, but a true honor.
