Day 4 (Continued) - Blogabond

From Lyndhurst it was about 80 km to Marree, which consists of an old Victorian hotel right out of a John Wayne western, which is where we stayed for the night, and a "petrol" station.

Tomorrow we start the Oodnadatta Track to Ayers Rock and Alice Springs, and just learned that Lake Eyre (which we will pass tomorrow) has water for only the 3rd time since white settlers arrived (or so they say).
