Why "Bitching isn't cool!"

HELLO!

So, yesterday was a great day! We went to the El Museo del Prado. The Louvre of Spain, but not quite as high one the "wordly" must see lists.

So, I have been reading some entrys of a fellow blog-a-bond user and decided to address them head on.

1.) QUIT BITCHING ALREADY ITS NOT ATTRACTIVE!

2.) Traveling is the experience of life time, and people lots of people give anything to have the opportunity that you have!

3.) IT'S FREE! This trip is free with for you! It is "included" in your year long stay package to BCN. You therefore have the chance to do what you want when you want to do it! You don't have to go on all the "death marches" you can sit them. I know that Tim isn't going to force any one to do something that they don't want to do. You should enjoy life!

4.) SNAP OUT OFF IT!

One of the nice thing about running a site like this is that you can get your very own personal DELETE button sitting next to posts, trips, and, indeed, entire users. When people misbehave, it's really easy to unmisbehave them. You should try it some time, it's quite satisfying!

I imagine most people think of the internet as a place with guaranteed free speech, but after running this site for a couple years, I see it differently. I assure you that if I turned Blogabond's automated spam filters off for one day you'd see what I mean.

A site like this is like a cocktail party, with a bunch of rather nice people hanging out, sharing a common interest, and having a good time. Anybody is welcome to come hang out, but if they start behaving like a jackass, they're probably going to get shown the door.

I hope Spain is treating you well. Looks like we'll cross paths today, if only for a few hours. I'm flying through Madrid on my way down to Valencia today. If you see me wandering past in the airport, flag me down and I'll buy you a beer.
