I'm not sure where the summer went, but it certainly left in a hurry. I'm less than a week away from Niger, and I still have so much to do! Packing, mostly. Twenty years of procrastination have prepared me well for the last-minute preparations that now await me. One thing I won't be packing is my laptop, so expect updates to be sporadic. My intention is to write here at least once a week, but self-discipline has never been my strong suit.
