It certainly is a pretty place, a bit of a scene with probably more Westerners then locals, but heh, birds of a feather flock together and all that.

Gonna spend a good few weeks here. I mean, why not, the world is our oyster and I don't even eat seafood.

So there you have it, a (very) brief synopsis of things to date. We'll explore Manali over the next few days and post some more notes soon.

Oh by the way.. its kev. Good to hear you have landed and arrived safely in manalihakarode. What do you think of that guest house.. you know it makles sense. Have you spoken with doola yet the owner? if you ask him to put you in touch with samran he will. He can also put you in touch with the makers of the manali cremlehakkkkkkkkk.
If you do meet with samran the wonderfully happy man, he can get you firewood and take you into the mountains, carry most of the stuff and be the most informative guide you will ever find. Quite a statement i know, just wait till you meet him.
Which room are you in, please say upstairs, either room upstairs will do as we satyed in both. Are the plants ready yet????????
