I watched one of those snakes throw itself off the top of Tyrolean Wall a few years back. (That's a 300 foot drop!) It sort of slithered along in space as it fell, and draped itself squarely around the neck of a German girl.

"EEEEeeeeee eine Schlange!!!!!"

Never learned whether they're poisonous or not. Have a great time on the beach!
