Went to second suggested street coin laundry place which was not busy. Xiao Tai Yang Zi Zuo Xi Yi 小太陽自助洗依
Roughly translated as Small Sun Self-service Clothes Washing

Wash Cost $NT 40, Drying cost 40 so ended up spending at least 80.

One Canadian roommate went out to watch Harry Potter movie at 23:00. Security guard gave me and another roommate a general tour. Tour staff were holding a meeting in the dining room. There was one internet computer in a part of the hotel that had to be reached by exiting the back of the hotel, walking outside in the warm air before entering again. The building across the street from the main entrance was also part of the overall hotel's property, and had a wireless lounge, an upstairs spa and fitness room.
