It Starts

Sacramento, United States

I started my trip early in the morning, leaving my house at 6.30 am (and only sleeping 2.30 hours that night because I was so excited) and I arrived at the SAC airport at 7.20 ready to fly at 9.30 am. I said goodbye to my parents who were going golfing after seeing me off. It was funny because their friend that was going golfing was crying since she has known me since I was a baby, and thought I was "too little to go international by myself". I just thought it was funny we were joking about my day being all tearful and she actually was.

At the sac airport this group of four ladies trying to be an age they could never pass for were excited and flashing their passports, and when they saw mine and I told them of my upcoming 24 venture to Roma, they were like "ooh! good for youuuu girll!" They were just a sight to see--glamed up for their week of tanning and drinks in some exotic bahamian location, egging me on in my venture, I wonder how theyre going to be the next few weeks, hahaha

In my 4 hour flight to Minnesota, nothing really happened but everyone was parading their toddlers up and down the isles like they were showing of the winning pony at the national state fair. Interesitng.
