Tortilla Diaries--My Time in Mexico

Just back from Puerto Vallarta where Matt and I visited a British couple who have a real estate business there. We visited a new venture that they are starting---a retreat center and organic farm that they are trying to get off the ground. The highlights of the trip for me were: a stay at The Four Seasons Resort Hotel (so that's how the rich live) and a dolphin encounter at a marina in which we swam with dolphins and they performed tricks around us. It was great being near the beach and ocean, even though I love the mountainous landscape of Tepoztlan.
