Day 2 - Colonial Trails Havana, Cuba Walk through Old Havana. Lunch at “Paladar La Moneda Cubana". After lunch, complete the Old Havana tour visiting the Cuban Association of Artisans. Return to the hotel for rest and leisure. Day 3 -- Passover Havana, Cuba Revolution Square, cemetery, Art Studio of Jose Fuster in Jaimanitas. Lunch at palador in Miramar area? In the afternoon, we visited the Museum of Cuban Art, studio of Painter Salvador Gonzalez, and the Mayot Family studio. Day 4 - Photography and Art Havana, Cuba Morning visit to the School of Creative Photography of Havana Visit additional artists studios. Lunch at "Living Havana" for a Cubano. Afternoon at Finca Vigia,to learn about Hemingway's life in Cuba and the place that inspired him to write "The Old Man and the Sea". More walking through old Havana and return to the hotel for rest. Day 5 - Vinales Vinales, Cuba Drive to the Viñales valley. Its landscape is interspersed with dramatic rocky outcrops. Lunch at Finca Agroecologica El Paraiso (farm-to-table). Amazing. Check in at casas particulares (private homes). Walk into Vinales and then horseback riding to a tobacco plantation. Dinner at family style. Day 6 - Las Terrazas Havana, Cuba Visit Las Terrazas to learn about the environmental protection in this biosphere reserve. Sip a cup of coffee at Cafe de Maria. Visit three artists studios (Henry, Ariel, Lester). Lunch at Casa del Campesino.
