Travel Day (by Amber)

We are traveling today from Madrid, Spain to Toulouse, France. The day started out hurrying to catch a train in the morning to a small border town where we hoped we would be able to catch a connector train to Toulouse but no one at the train station in Spain could help with booking or times because it was in another country. We ran to catch the first train and we werent sure we would make it so didnt stop for any breakfast on the way to top it off once we got there our car was #16 at the vey end of the platform and the conductor wouldn't let us get on another car and walk through the train. , we hadnt seen such long trains before then. We arrived at the first stop to inquire about trains and they lady told us the next train was leaving in 2 min so again we hurriedly paid and ran for the train. While on the train the conductor came to check our tickets and asked if we spoke French when we said no he laughed and I think he said good luck. This makes me nervous and makes me dislike France a little already but we will give it a chance, hopefully people aren't too rude.
